RETURNS
We aim to please. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.
Please Note: You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 5 days of receiving an order, and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of your date of purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided and any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging including original swing tags. Please keep the receipt.
The customer will need to pay for return shipping and is responsible for any customs charges and/or taxes associated with international shipping. We recommend you return your parcel with registered post to ensure it reaches us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to keep our online inventory accurate and up-to-date, however we are only human. It is unlikely but if there is a discrepancy between our online inventory and physical stock and you place an order for an item that we don't currently have in stock we will refund your money and contact you to let you know when the item is back in stock.
